Frequently Asked Questions
Vino Drop is all about sharing organic, biodynamic, and sustainably crafted wines from small family wineries around the world. We personally visit each winery to ensure quality and authenticity. Each wine is hand-selected by certified sommeliers with over 20 years of experience in the wine industry.
To enhance your experience, every bottle comes with a QR code that provides access to detailed information about the wine, the winery, and pairing suggestions. You'll also find a video tasting where one of our sommeliers walks you through the wine, sharing insights about its flavors, the winemaker's story, and tips for enjoying it to the fullest.

Absolutely! If you’re concerned about weather conditions or unavailable to receive your wine immediately, Vino Drop can hold your order upon request for up to 6 months. During checkout, simply type the date you'd like your wine to ship in the "Order special instructions" box.
Keep in mind that the date you select is the day your order will leave our facility, not the date it will arrive at your address. If you're worried about extreme temperatures during transit, we recommend selecting a future shipping date when conditions are more favorable to ensure your wine arrives in perfect condition.
If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to contact us at 316-236-4787 or email us at wine@vinodrop.com. We're happy to help!
All wines naturally have a small amount of sulfites, typically around 25 ppm. By law, any wine containing more than 10 ppm must include a "Contains Sulfites" warning on the label. Our wines are crafted with no added sulfites or only the smallest amounts when necessary.
European wines tend to have significantly lower sulfite levels than many New World wines, which can contain as much as 300 ppm. Additionally, supermarket wines may include up to 74 approved additives, which could be another reason for unpleasant side effects.
If headaches are a concern, we suggest giving our European wines a try before deciding to give up wine entirely. Many of our members have shared that this simple switch made a world of difference for them!
We’re confident you’ll enjoy our wines, but if there’s a problem—such as a corked bottle—please reach out to us right away. We’ll work with you to find a solution, whether that’s a replacement or a refund. Corked wines are very uncommon (less than 1%), but we’re here to assist if it happens.
If more than two bottles are unsatisfactory to your taste, we’ll evaluate the situation to decide the best path forward. We encourage you to approach them with an open mind and explore how they pair with food, as European wines are designed to complement meals. Discovering new flavors is part of the adventure!
